ق ب ل Form 7

The general meaning

In Form 7, the root ق ب ل takes on a passive or spontaneous meaning. It conveys the idea of being accepted as a natural result, of something finding acceptance without a deliberate external agent forcing it.

The Form 7 prefix اِنـ implies that the action happens to the subject spontaneously or as a consequence of its own nature.

Note: This form of the root is rare in classical and modern Arabic usage and is included here for grammatical completeness. The passive of Form 1 (قُبِلَ / يُقْبَلُ) is normally used to express this meaning instead.
